在這困難的一年主幫助我們在亞洲的事工，在台灣最被忽略的群體，菲律賓人（85,000），越南人（117,000），印尼人（169,000）和泰國人(63,000）。
尤其是泰國和越南人回應了福音的需要，將生命交給耶穌。 關顧在台外籍人士委員會TECC贊助 5000份雙語路加福音，每日靈糧（印尼語）和 3000本 “Jendela Hati“，一份新印尼語雜誌。尤其我們要感謝熱情的支持者供應我們財務上的需要來幫助這些靈裡饑渴的人！1急需5000份第二版路加福音！

1. 知名的年度泰語營會需要至少30萬資金幫助150個泰國人聽聞理解福音。大多數的泰國人收入低只能勉強養活自己日常所需，同時償還在泰國的債務！這個營會出名，因為它已成為一個有效的方法贏得泰國人歸主。！
2.材料費用：

- 最大的增長是印尼群體（169,000）。今年十二月以來，首次在12個印尼教會一起在台北慶祝聖誕節，有700名參與者。這些台灣人教會旁有這麼多印尼人，需要為在台灣眾多的印尼人被動員更多的外展工作。
4. Kaibigan，菲律賓基督教雜誌，增加訂閱量從 7000到10000份。
-中壢的越南語團契在這些日子將有加拿大籍的越南短期服務者在中壢，新竹，台中等地的越南人之間分享福音。
- - 透過決定，關顧在台外籍人士委員會TECC 的努力，利用捐款在今年校園福音團契的宣教大會接觸10萬個未得勞工和 單身的亞洲外籍人士，並開啟許多參予者的眼目幫助在台外籍人士靈裡迫切的需要！
3. 外籍人士增長的趨勢：

English:The Lord helped us also in this difficult year to progress in our ministry among Asians most neglected people groups in Taiwan,the Filipinos (85,000), the Vietnamese (117,000), the Indonesians (169,000) and the Thai (63,000). Hunderts, especially among the Thai and Vietnamese, responded to the gospel and gave their lives to Jesus. TECC was able to sponsor 5000 bilingual Gospel of Luke, hunderts of daily Bread”(indon.) and 3000 “Jedala Hati”, a new Indonesian mission magazine. Especially we want to thank to gracious supporters who did fill our hands with much needed finances to go ahead and help spiritually hungry people! 1. 5000 Gospel of Luke 2nd bi-lingual edition desperately needed! - We have just distributed the last copies of the 5000 bilingual (instead of 2000 as projected initially) Gospel of Luke. Already we have new orders but nothing to send them anymore! mailto:tecc.gospel.adm@gmail.com - The already famous Annual CNY Thaicamp needs funding for at least 300,000 NT$ to help 150 Thai people hearing and understanding the gospel on a retreat. – Most Thai with their low income can barely support themselves in their normal daily needs and have at the same time pay back their debts in Thailand! This camp is also famous because it has become one of the most efficient ways to reach Thais for Christ.!2. Expansion of Ministerial Network:Through the LORD’s gracious help Pastor Chang was able to establish a relationship with an Indonesian pastor in Hongkong who prepares a special type of bimonthly Indonesian magazine with a lot of Christian testimonies mixed with
interesting other information from all over the World. This December for the first time since years the 12 Christian Indonesian church denominations did celebrate a Christmas Festival together in Taipei with 700 participants. These churches alongside with Taiwanese churches with so many
Indonesians need to be mobilized for more outreach work among so many Indonesians in Taiwan. - Kaibigan, the Filipino Christian magazine, again increased its regular edition from 7000 to 10,000 copies. - The Vietnamese Fellowship in Chungli in these days will have Canadian Vietnamese short termers coming and share the gospel among Vietnamese in Chungli, Hsinchu, Taichung and other places. - By deciding to support TECC’s efforts to reach the many 100,000 of unsreached geustworkers and inmarried Asian expatriates and to use the donations fo this years mission conference Campus Evangelical Fellowship helped many participants to open their eyes for Taiwans expatriates urgent spiritual needs!
TECC will soon meet to finalize its grassroot expatriate mission course for April 4/5 2011 (Location: in
Hsinchu, China Lutheran Seminary, 03-571002#3161 abs@cls.org.tw or Ischarrer@gmx.net ). Please pray with us for a breakthrough in understanding the LORDs leading and plan for so many expatriates in remote country site areas
of Taiwan, without knowledge of the LORD’s good will and the plan for their lives. – There is high value for Taiwan’s churches to work among these Asian expatriates. The fast growing of Asia’s tomorrow will be in their home-countries. Whether or not professionals/missionaries from Taiwan will be welcomed in
